Khalid has approximately 30 years of corporate leadership and operational management experience for both private and publicly traded companies. Prior to founding Manchester Energy, he served as Executive Vice President at Buckeye Partners, L.P. (NYSE: BPL) where he established the company’s strategic vision and led its growth and transformation from a regional pipeline transportation company into a global, diversified logistics enterprise. During his time at Buckeye, Khalid ran several business units including Global Marine Terminals and Development & Logistics. Khalid also led the company’s Corporate Development and Strategic Planning efforts and the Engineering, Construction and Supply Chain functions. He also established Buckeye’s Alternative Energy business and spearheaded its carbon mitigation efforts by leading the company’s expansion into renewable energy and next generation fuels.
Khalid has a long working history with the Manchester executive team at various companies in the past including Buckeye Partners, Pacific Energy Partners and NuCoastal Corporation. Khalid previously worked at El Paso Corporation and The Coastal Corporation in various leadership roles.
Khalid earned an M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Strategy and Commercial
Forrest has served more than 30 years in executive roles for both private and publicly traded companies focused on energy development and midstream infrastructure.
Forrest was Founder and Executive Chairman of Ajax Resources, a private exploration and production company, later sold to Diamondback Energy. Forrest previously served as Chairman and CEO of Buckeye Partners, L.P. (NYSE: BPL) where he led a comprehensive organizational restructuring and simplification. Forrest was Vice Chairman of Pacific Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PPX) where he oversaw the successful geographic expansion and diversification of its business lines prior to its merger with Plains All American. Forrest’s previous roles included President and CFO of NuCoastal Corporation and senior executive roles at El Paso Corporation, Engage Energy, Transocean Offshore and American Exploration. Forrest has also served as a senior advisor to Kelso & Company and Stonepeak.
Forrest earned an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston.
Executive Vice President,
M&A and Corporate Development
Lee brings more than 30 years of energy M&A and finance experience to the Manchester Team. Lee was Vice Chairman, Head of midstream sector coverage and previously Co-Head of U.S. oil and gas for the energy group of Lehman Brothers/Barclays Investment Banking. During his tenure, Barclays held a leading market position in midstream M&A, advising on more than 150 transactions with aggregate value greater than $500 billion. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Lee served as an analyst for the energy group of Wasserstein & Perella Investment Banking.
Lee is a board member of Summit Midstream Partners and serves on the audit committee and as chairman of the compensation committee. Prior to Manchester, Lee also served as a senior advisor to Kelso & Company.
Lee earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Financial Officer
Will brings over 20 years of energy financing, M&A and management experience to Manchester Energy. He previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO for Navitas Midstream Partners. Navitas was the largest private gas gathering and processing company in the core of the Midland Basin prior to its sale to Enterprise Products Partners L.P. In this role, Will led approximately $2.0 billion of capital raises including equity, preferred equity, institutional term loans (first time issuer) and revolving credit facilities to support Navitas’ rapid growth.
Prior to Navitas, Will was a Managing Director at Barclays and worked in investment banking for 14 years.
Will earned a B.S. in Economics, a B.A. in Intellectual History, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President, Finance
Jenny brings approximately 10 years of energy financing, investing, M&A and management experience to Manchester. Jenny served as Vice President, Finance for Navitas Midstream Partners where she was involved in all capital raising, M&A, budgeting and strategy aspects of the business until its sale to Enterprise Products Partners.
Prior to Navitas, Jenny was an associate for Natural Gas Partners focused on sourcing investments and monitoring active portfolios. Prior to Natural Gas Partners, Jenny was an analyst in the energy group of Barclays investment banking where she worked on several significant energy transactions including the sale of Copano Energy, LLC to Kinder Morgan Energy Partners and the initial public offering for Plains GP Holdings LP.
Jenny earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Manager, Administration
Larissa has more than 15 years of administrative, financial analysis and marketing experience within the asset management industry. Larissa most recently worked at First Reserve Corporation where she managed various support initiatives associated with the firm’s board meetings and conferences, deal sourcing and evaluation, and portfolio company reviews.
Larissa has also held positions of increasing responsibility at Patriot Wealth Management and Capital Group Companies. Larissa is the Founder and President of Lola’s Lucky Day, a dog rescue organization which has saved over 8,000 animals since its inception in 2015.
Larissa earned a B.B.A. in Management from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
